Meet Stairio 360.
The next Stairio model is planned for August 2026, bringing 360-degree stairwell visibility into the inspection workflow.

Capture, sync, screen, and review stairwell evidence in one connected flow.
Stairwell inspection evidence often ends up spread across photographs, notes, and follow-up conversations.
Different shifts and people may document conditions differently, making comparison and follow-up harder.
Stairio is designed to make the visual record easier to repeat, organize, and review.
What facilities teams should know before a pilot.
A clear view of what the current prototype can do, what it requires, and who makes the final call.
Start with site fit
Handrail geometry, turns, clearance, and inspection scope affect prototype fit. Every pilot starts with a site assessment.
Validate a narrow scope
The current MVP focuses on image capture, potential-issue screening, operator review, and follow-up records.
Keep people in control
The system helps surface potential issues; facilities operators review the evidence and decide what happens next.
Practical questions, answered directly.
What stage is Stairio at today?
Stairio S1 is an MVP prototype available for demonstrations and focused pilot discussions. It is not a certified replacement for statutory inspections.
Will it fit our existing handrails?
Fit depends on handrail profile, turns, brackets, and clearance. The team assesses the site before recommending a workable pilot scope.
Who confirms the issues Stairio highlights?
The system surfaces potential issues only. Authorized operators inspect the source imagery and context, then confirm, edit, or remove findings.
What does a pilot validate?
A pilot can focus on image coverage, evidence quality, issue-review workflow, operator follow-up, and physical site fit.
What are the current limitations?
The current prototype is not a 24/7 autonomous patrol system, does not self-dock, and should not be treated as certified or broadly commercially deployed.
